It's a Dagone Shame

That Hot Rod is only doing the Radio Call. He should be on Television and Radio until he deems that it's time to "Put it in the freezer" so to speak.

This sucks! I am not happy, I am too poor to get cable. How can a network named kjazz only show 16 out of 82 games? Thats only about 20%. It's the Mountain all over again. maybe I can find a way to stream the games online.

Jazz Fan

Hot Rod's past his prime in calling games. He can't pronounce the player's names correctly (tired of hearing about "Kal Kover, Callus Boozuh, and forget about Charlie "Villanova"--give me a break!). Hot Rod doesn't even sound like he's having fun any more. I think the time has come to "put it in the freezer".

No ESPN?

No ESPN games? Maybe ESPN hasn't released its schedule. Hopefully that is the case, because if not, that would be a shame if they decided it wasn't worth it to show even one Jazz game.

That's stupid !

Way to go Jazz!! First jack up ticket prices and then only 16!! 16 KJZZ games!!!! WOW! Makes it tough for us college kids to watch the games! you sold yourself to the devil!!

Some people always have to find something to complain about.

Randy from Idaho

Way to go Jazz. I have been trying for years to get our cable company to add KJZZ, but to no avail. I am totally pumped to get 60 games on FSN. Can't wait!

ESPN

There are five ESPN games on the schedule as well as the six TNT games, but those will also be aired on FSN Utah and/or KJZZ-TV. The schedule shows the dates for ESPN broadcasts.

NBA-TV still hasn't announced its schedule, either.

NBA Ticket

So if I get the NBA ticket do I get all the Jazz games?

Basic Cable

Man, I talked my wife into letting me get basic cable so we would have KJZZ to watch most of the games. Well, with only 16 games, I guess that plan didn't work out.

I hate how money controls everything now.

RE: NBA Ticket

You will get all the Jazz games as long as you live outside the Utah Jazz market. So if you could get FSN Utah in your area, you will not be able to watch the games on NBA ticket, otherwise you are set.

PS I hope there is a lot of games on FSN HD, FSN Low D looks like they are just making the transition from black and white to technicolor.

Matt

I can't wait!!!! GO JAZZ!!!!

(this year is gonna be awesome!)

dont you get fsn with like the basic 40 dollar cable?

Comcast question

I live in Salt Lake and I just got the basic comcast plan (with the HD channels), but the FSN channel I get is FSN rocky mountain. Am I out of luck? Why don't I have FSN Utah?

well

thats what success does to the franchise. Had they not made the playoffs the last two years, they'd all probably be free tickets!

Who cares

The Jazz are going to tank this year. They won't even make that playoffs. Deron has a fat contract and Boozer doesn't care. Oh I forgot, AK is going to carry the team!!! Harpring can't run on his knees and CJ was the worst money ever spent. Brewer can't make anything outside of a dunk. The only bright spot is Milsap. He does it all!! So all of you keep your money and don't spend it on cable or tickets. Jazz win 35 games this year!!

Who cares about the little guy?

First, we can't get the local colleges on the rabbit ears. Now, KJZZ drops their Jazz broadcasts from 40 last year to 16 this year. The chasm widens between the "haves" and the "have nots".

HD

I can't belive they call it HD. Have you seen the HD games last year 420i common.

St. George Aggie

Thanks LHM for creating this KJZZ channel to air Jazz games and then thanks to LHM's son for yanking all the games away and make us pay to watch Jazz games.

Way to sell out!

In order to watch any sport I have to have all these channels that cost $$ to upgrade. My monthly tv bill will soon be $100 just to watch, add that in with the rising cost of gas and food. Wow! Thanks!

And then they have the audacity to want me to pay a ridiculous ticket price to have a 2-hour bloody nose while watching ants move around on a piece of wood. All the while the athlete is complaining that he needs more money or he's out of here.

St. George Aggie

I ain't actually bitter. I love the Jazz, I just hate all the $$ it costs to follow them. And I hate the attitude of today's athlete. They want to get paid but don't want to produce.
