you don't own skyline. It was luck. We are ranked number 2 what are you ranked? yeah thats what i thought.. You aren't ranked... Skyline had the lead the majority of the game and we deserved to win. But its okay at least we can feel good about ourselves by not vandalizing Highland property.

Highland looked very undisciplined! This team needs to play smart and disciplined football, way too many penalties! I give credit to Skyline's defense, but without the penalties, in my opinion, the score would've been a little more lopsided in Highland's favor.
Judging from Skyline's performance, they will be a very tough team, for Alta, Layton, or any other team, in 5A, to handle.
What the article fails to mention, and what I believe was the turning point of the game, was Highland's defense, didn't budge, when Skyline had the ball on Highland's 2 yard line, tried 3 times to punch it in, and were turned away.

highland looks good this year, but they need more plays than a scrambling qb and a lob balls to there stud reciever.

Highland, we were lucky to get the W! We need more discipline, on both sides of the ball! Penalties killed us, especially when we were moving the ball!
The Highland defense stood tall! 1st and goal, from the Highland 2 yard line, 4 tries, and Skyline couldn't hit paydirt!
Great coaching, on those quarterback draws! Highland adjusted well, to what Skyline was giving them!
Work on those penalties!

The eagles played to conservatively on the last drive and were just baffeled on those draw plays. Win goes to the better team that night and that was Highland. Hats off to the Highland Defense who played awesome and for that goaline stand. If Highland can have such an off night with penalties and all and still beats the eagles, I would hate to be the opposing team on a good night. Good job Rams! The Leopards aren't ready for us!!!! Ram Heart!

You didn't give the game away, Highland earned the W! You had an excellent opportunity to score, from the Highland 2 yard line, our defense stuffed you! Not once, not twice, not thrice, but 4 times! On the 2 yard line!
The burnt H, on Skyline's field, is a bunch of kids playing up the rivalry, but obviously Skyline can't take a little gamesmanship! Perhaps, your feelings are hurt, because, who knows when the last time was, that Skyline beat Highland. Hence, Highland's ownership of Skyline, yes!
Oh and those Orchard runs, at the end. Those were designed plays, haven't you ever heard, of a QB draw?

That said, Skyline will still contend, in 5A, this year!

Both teams played amazing. Rams had a very good defense and the Eagles didn't capitalize when the ball was on the 2 yard line. Heart breaking lost against our rivalries but it was very unfortunate that Highland had to vandalize skyline football field by burning a giant H where the S is. Skyline is still a better football team, but Highland did beat us. Also, Skyline has respect for other teams, We have discipline and highland would be 10 times better if they had a fraction of our discipline. Seriously, i am embarrassed for Highland's behavior.

4 of the 5 years that Highland has beat Skyline, the Eagles were the favorite. Skyline has been the number 2 ranked team in the state and even had a state championship team in this mix. It is clear that the psychological battle when it comes down to making clutch plays is in the heavy favor of one team. Need proof, watch the games. In the last 5 years, Skyline has either coughed it up or Highland has taken it away. The Skyline program which is known for it's mental toughness, has given at least 3 of these wins to the Rams.

um actually guys rankings do mean something obviously. your stupid if you think that rankings are nothing!
