He has it right, again. But attack attack attack works, my friend, so do not expect the gop to actually talk about how they are going to help the common man and woman.

demos talked issues: gop attacked, attacked, attacked.

Makes me sad.

I guess someone needs to enlighten me. I have not heard one single thing definitive from Obama. What did I miss specifically? Not to mention he is lost without his teleprompter. I am not attackiing, I am asking what has he said besides wear out the words hope and change? In my world those are empty words without some manner of accomplishing change and hope.

Obama's acceptance speech is still on his website, you tube, etc. Why don't you go back and listen to it this time. There was plenty of "red meat" in the speech, as the pundits like to call it.

The Republicans have had eight years to prove to America that they're foreign and domestic policies could be successful. Their aggressive foreign policies and favor the wealthy domestic policies have all failed. They have no issues to stand on. That is why they're trying as hard as they can to make sure that this election is not about issues.

If I was McCain & Co. I would stay as far from issues as possible and put Mrs. P. out there on a daily sneer strategy.

Yep. And isn't that "attack, attack, attack" mode the same one Bush used in one or both of his elections? Look what we ended up with for 8 years.

At least Obama and company spelled out most of their intentions and some plans during their convention last week (mostly Obama himself).

With McCain's attack mode and the intense scrutiny on Palin, McCain and the Republican's gotta be loving it... it draws attention away from the fact they're not detailing his plans for while in office should he win. A diversion tactic to avoid people finding out it's 4 more years of Bush etc.

Obama has spoken about and detailed some of his plans if not most, especially in his convention talk last week. But if you're really in the dark, I suggest you do what everyone can do... go to Obama's official website and spend an hour or two studying his proposals, unless I'm mistaken it's pretty much all spelled out there.

Remember, these rally speaches aren't meant to be dry and dull never ending details about how each and every thing will be fixed in the government... that would bore people to tears. The purpose of these rallys are to get people fired up and excited about the candidate.

Of course SOME specifics should make their way into rally speaches though... hint hint McCain & Palin.

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama speaks at a rally at Buchanan Park in Lancaster, Pa. He said GOP convention speakers are spending all their time talking about politics, not issues.
