You mean he *knew* that she had hired a lobby firm that included Ted Stevens' son to *lobby* for earmark funds and that she chaired part of Ted Stevens' campaign (the 527 dishonest part) when he was already under investigation by the FBI and he *still* lied that she was an opponent of earmarks and corruption?

An all knowing God will punish those who lie for political reasons.

What happened to honest people with the goal of really wanting to help America and the world in general?

I have seen enough of the phoney values people telling the public anything to get voted in.

In the end most all of them are in it for themselves. Proven again and again.

Why did McCain and Palin go on with the partnership if they knew the daughter would be embarrased before the whole world? It shows their own celebrity is more important than a child's future.

With McCain and Palin, the Republican ticket looks good. We all know there is and will be a few dark spots in a family. You and I have them, we may not like some of these spots out but. Palin may or not be LDS but wish she was. A LDS wife, Is a Mother, School Teacher, Church Teacher, some work public jobs. Well I could go on and on. S. Palin is a mother who looks like she has it all together. At first I did not think Condaleza Rice was, but now she has done a great job for Pres. Bush and all of us. Women in office will work and have a desire to learn the job. For the Republican ticket, McCain and Palin keep it going we need it.

Actually, if you think about it, Palin becomes a target for people who will say that all her Religious Right positions seem flawed by her daughters illegitimate pregnancy. Doesn't create much confidence for her stands on abstinance only, no sex ed, religious education, etc. when her family is the example of their failure. =o

Most parents do the best they can to teach their children right from wrong and to choose the right. In the end however, people will make their own choices no matter what their age and each are responsible for their own actions.

For all those, particularly teenagers, who say it's my life, my body and doesn't matter what I do and that my choices don't affect anyone but me, here is a great example of where ones choices just may affect what happens for another.

Relax, even the President of Germany became a
grandfather at a very early age.
His son was about 17 years old when he fathered
a child.
Guess it`s not easy for anyone being in that situation but our President and his wife supported
their son and his girlfriend and accepted the child
rightaway. To my opinion that`s the right decision.

By the way he is a good President.

I really couldn't care less about Bristol's pregnancy in terms of how it affects the election.

What I am concerned about is that Palin lobbied hard to get $27 million of federal earmarks for her tiny town of 6000 people when she was mayor of Wasilla, and now she's running on a platform of cutting pork from the federal budget.

I'm concerned about how she bragged that she said "Thanks, but no thanks," to the infamous bridge to nowhere, but then kept the federal funds for the bridge to use on her own pet projects.

I'm concerned that she and her husband previously belonged to an extremist organization that advocates for Alaska to secede from the union, a group whose leader's statements about America make Rev. Wright look like a Cub Scout on Pack Night.

I'm concerned that her geographic proximity to Russia and a refueling stop at an airport in Ireland are being touted as the height of her foreign policy experience.

Most of all, I'm concerned that so many otherwise reasonable conservatives are willing to do such mental acrobatics to find a way to support her.

The British have a famous comedian named Palin. Could it be...? Maybe???

Based on all of the revelations, the Bush team must have been led by sled dogs!!! It is one thing to screw up, it is another to keep on digging in the hole. Jettisoning her is the only thing that makes sense.

The next revelation will be??????

The RE-PUBLICANS have made WIPLASH the injury of choice for "ROVER" and ALL OTHER POLITICAL HACKS.

Will Palin be able to force her daughter to marry some guy? Will there be other SARAH WORLD ABUSE OF POWER SCANDALS?

It does not matter who the RE-PUBLICANS drag out of the woods. "MUSH" and the other CONSERVATIVE LOONEYS have poisoned the water of political discourse forever.

John McCain says a lot of things one day that he can't remember saying the next.

The boyfriend will be at the GOP convention with the Palins.

It appears he's a high school dropout.

What an undistinguished family that wants to move into Blair House! =o

I can't believe that so many people have forgotten their younger years. Come on! Be honest with yourselves and give this woman a break. She can control her childrens sex life no better than any other parent in this world. Let thee not judge, lest ye be judged.
