Just to correct a very long misunderstanding error - my Mother's name is Crystal Larsen - not Cris. For years I have felt bad that my Mother's name has been not correct on the Bakery Business, nor on the sign of the Bakery, nor in people's memories. I have had to correct people all of my life telling them that is not how she spells it. It's what she considers a business name.
