I am enjoying the comparison to phoenix, but there is a huge difference.

I also like the spy on your neighbor comment. I almost seem like the BYU honor code or pre 40's Germany. Next will come the icecream truck.

Who are you talking to Huntsy? Are you talking to us Utah citizens or the thousands of illegals you welcome into our state every year that also use up our water supply? Why don't you and your staff work on solving the ROOT of many of our problems here in Utah. I'll conserve water when you remove the illegals. How's that for a deal? Let me guess you response is: Oh, but, hmmm, well, uh. Your a real piece of work Huntsy.
