I'm for the ATV's on the roads but only in a limited use and speed. All they have to do is re-difine ATV's as factory assembled unmodified 4 wheel ATV vehicles. They should not weigh more than 500 lbs or less than 250 lbs., without riders. Passengers should not be allowed unless they can sit side by side in the ATV without modifications. They should be limited by the same standards as horse drawn vehicles and farm implements and a 25MPH speed limit, but require a drivers license. They must be speed limited because of their instability in cornering because at higher speeds they become prone to rolling over. They should be restriced to day time use and have factory installed lights, front and rear for visibilty to other vehicles. How they are interpeting that dune buggies, rock climbing trucks or vehicles for off road racing as an ATV is beyond me. The very name of these other types of vehicles is not even close to an ATV as an ATV is sold. Who ever wrote this law didn't give it much thought and probably never been on an ATV.
