If we are going to be able to cram another million people into Utah during the next decade, we had better learn to conserve. After all we need all of these new consumers if the businesses are to thrive. If we allow the employers all of the illegal aliens they want we should be able to depress wages enough to force some degree of conservation especially if energy costs continue to rise.
