I am confused - it just hit #2 as of today!!!!
Sorry, almost all of your Billboard numbers are wrong. Crush debuts at #2 on Hot 100. And FanBlast.com does not have ties with Archuleta family anymore. Please check your facts.
The following is directly from Billboard.com:
Rihanna Fends Off Archuleta Atop Hot 100
Rihanna begins a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Disturbia," but barely fended off the best chart debut in more than 18 months, in the form of David Archuleta's "Crush." His track opens at No. 2.
Is the reporter here even checking the billboard site?
check your facts. The single is breaking all kinds of records.
It looks pretty bad for your reporter that they don't bother to check the most up to date information before putting this up on the web. I'm amazed at the lack of press that David's astounding accomplishment has received. I only hope that he proves the cynical media wrong by going platinum with his album.
If you read carefully, you will see it said Billboard Magazine this week. That means the issue that is out on the stands. Not the Billboard.com website. And that site is always one week ahead of the print edition. So, look at the dates of the charts on the web site. It says the charts for Aug. 30....
Fanblast, reliable source? What a joke.. the guy steals money from fans and he's a source. Whateva.
Thanks for correctly your mistake on this report. But aren't you support to cite the change?
Scott, Are you not from SLC? You would think you would get the facts straight on a homeboy.
