OK, I'm in.
I'm wondering when the exotic gourment burgers will hit anywhere but the east coast. Stuff like ostrich, buffalo, elk, and deer burgers. They make their ostrich burgers from Utah ostriches, yet its nearly impossible to find any of that here.
You can find exotic meat sandwiches at Cabellas in Lehi.
