When are the LDS in poorer countries going to pay their own way? No 10 tithing & include the education loans that they receive, and it is unfair for members living in the U.S.

This is wonderful!! My husband server his mission in Panama and this is so great for Panama to finally have a temple so close to them. I have no doubt the members will always be attending. The members are a very dedicated people, as are the memebers in Costa Rica.
