I suffered with crippling hip pain for ten years.
I walked like a ape to keep the pain to a minimum. After i had my hip replaced, i didn't even need pain meds for the surgery pain (it wasn't as bad as the pain i had been living with!)
now i am living a pain free, active life!
i could kick myself for being a chicken and waiting so long!
