Just to update you all. Another story about this woman ran in my local paper in Oregon. The woman has admitted she is the same woman from the alleged kidnapping 31 years ago. She denied the crime (of course), stating that she didn't want to talk about it, only her wacko puppies. She claims to be a Hollywood screenwriter using business cards with a fictious address on it. She is from North Carolina with a lengthy criminal history there, including an active warrant for threatening a local woman there.
Bottom line, she is crazier than a loon, she is willing to sell a house (probably wasn't hers) to clone a dog, and wants the television glory any way she can get it. She needs to be ignored and forgotten for the crazy person that she is. And stay away from her, she is dangerous.

It's also bizarre. Consider this: in the 1000+-year history of the English language, the phrase "Mormon-missionary-kidnapper turned dog-cloner" has probably not been uttered or published until this week

This is copy and pasted from Bizarre and sad's comment. You know what else? I'll bet NO ONE in the history of the world ever THOUGHT of that phrase!!!!

What do you mean a plastic surgeon? Don't you know she is a former Miss Wyoming? wink wink
