Well just go and round up all the local gang members or drug dealers. The guy should be careful who gets into a car with and decides to start an arguement with. Especially if he knew before hand that they are packing guns.

Because he dosn't speak english! What State do you live in? You don't have to look far to find a translator that can speak any language you want.
So was it 10pm or 1:30am?
Was it at the Smith's parking lot or the 7-11.
Did a friend pick him up or a passer by?
Did he approach the car or did they come to him?
The news groups need to get their story the same.
Either way, I have been in that parking lot after 10pm lost of times. I haven't seen anyone shot, including me.
