What does the first ammendment have to do with this?

What part of the ammendment?

Drama queen, do you wear a burka?

I follow people who cah govern themselves appropriately do so, otherwise, just like in the NFL, kick em to the curb.

The 1st Amendment has everything to do with freedom of expression. You have objected to:

(1) Behavior that is unruly, disruptive...(such "unruly" and "disruptive" behavior can be arbitrary depending on how self-righteous the receiver is)
(2) Drunkenness (sic) and signs of alcohol impairment...(also arbitrary; do you carry a breathalyzer with you at all times?)
(3) Foul or abusive language...(some people feel "Jimminy Crickets" is profane; foul language only carries the power YOU give it)
...or obscene gestures...(did that finger poke you in the eye? shouldn't you be watching the games instead of the fans? are obscene gestures illegal?)
(4) Verbal or physical harassment of fans...(physical harassment is ALREADY illegal; one CAN and WILL be thrown out of the stadium for such acts; people who can't withstand verbal taunts have no place in public, much less a public stadium)

With the exception of "physical harassment ALL "offenses" are protected by the 1st Amendment which you hold in such contempt. As far as "interference with the progress of the game, including throwing objects onto the field" and "failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel....ALL ALREADY WARRANT BEING TOSSED FROM THE STADIUM! Always has.

First ammendment guarantees freedom of expression has time, place and manner limits placed upon it.

I cannot believe that you are so dense to think it applies to University property?

If it's a public stadium, why do they charge admission?

"First ammendment (sic) guarantees freedom of expression has time, place and manner limits placed upon it."

Yeah -- limits like yelling "fire" in a crowded movie theatre, or slander; not the usage of "offensive language" at a football game.

"I cannot believe that you are so dense to think it applies to University property? If it's a public stadium, why do they charge admission?"

I can't believe you have the stones to call ME dense after a comment like that. What, do you think the Rice and Eccles families have private ownership of the stadium?

YOU NEED TO STAY HOME! DON'T GO TO UTAH FOOTBALL GAMES! MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU NEED TO ENSURE YOUR FAMILY NEVER GOES OUT IN PUBLIC! There's MONSTE RS out there, ya know. And they eat good little boys and girls.

"Interference with the progress of the game, including throwing objects onto the field...Think it's time to clean up RES?"

In my four yrs in college, the only time I ever witnessed fans in Utah throwing objects onto the field was back in 2001 when tortillas were being tossed out there. But they weren't from Utah fans.

And it wasn't at RES.
