We can see now that the state does a lot better with their roads then with their children and schools. Something to be proud of I'm sure. I wonder what our schools would be like if we were 25th instead of 50th?
Maybe if the people producing all the children in this state would step up to the plate and pay for their little 'darlings', instead of expecting everyone else to do so, there would not be this problem.
