Gee, if this offender had been a man, he would have recieved a prison sentence of at least 3 years, fined, and forced to be on the sex offenders registry.

You really believe that? Let's not forget what she was actually convicted of - GETTING A MASSAGE! Who gets jail time for a massage? She wasn't even charged with having sex with the teen. Oh yeah, and her husband only got 20 days of GPS for threatening them with an "unloaded" (yeah, right!) gun. Only in Utah.....

Once again we see the female discount given for crime. A man in my town got a year in jail for ACCIDENTLY touching a girls breast when he reached over to keep her from hitting the dash in a panic stop. He had a perfect record until that time.

Of course, her husband got jail time for protecting his wife, not knowing she instigated it.

It could have been worse. She could have yelled....RAPE! Then the boy would most likely be in jail for several years.

Unfortunately, the government approach to taking children away from parents and dumping them on any willing female who needs money is a bad one for children.

Someday we'll all realize people cannot be judged based on their gender and actual facts should be considered, but meanwhile the feminists and the American Bar Association fight to maintain the status quo at the expense of children.

Nine months from now, long after her discounted jail time is up, this woman may be back in court looking to collect child support when it turns out she got pregnant from raping the child. The (ex)husband will be forced to pay the rapist for raping a child, or else go to prison for longer than she did.

But then the lawyers will make more money, the feminists will be happy, the media will only be concerned about being PC, and it will be just another day in the la-la land of a gender-based judiciary.

Isn't that felony rape of a minor?

This is not even funny anymore...
