SUU gymnastics coach won't leave for USU job

Corn has left the gymnastics program in such bad shape that no one wants the job.

Turning down the USU job is a mild surprise. SUU has a great program and Cedar City is a fine community. The future at USU has potentially a better upside (more prestigious conference), but immediate concerns.

Remaining at SUU is admirable and shows loyalty. He must be happy with his present situation.

I'm not sure what you mean by "more prestigious conference" since both USU and SUU compete in the WAC in gymnastics. Get your facts straight.
