Mitt Romney DOES belong to the CFR. He is pro-abortion, pro-socialism, anti-gun, and he's being used by the republican national committee right now. How many of his millions does he have to spend and how many free plane rides does he have to give before he realizes that he's the one being taken for a ride? I do hope he gets something in return, I just hope to high heaven that it's not a high office. We have enough work fighting all the tyrants currently "serving", or should I say ruling.
No more LDS leaders. They seem to have a hard time with freedom.
Please provide me a few examples of the "good and honorable" things that Bush has done for our country and then tell me if it is constitutional.
I am not a Bush-hater, I am a freedom-lover, and Bush represents the antithesis of freedom.
Did you feel the same way when Kerry ran in '04? I'd wager not. And I'd also wager that you have a perfectly sound reason why Romney's "realization of new information" is different from Kerry's "flip-flopping".
Conservatives make laugh...until they get elected.
I also happen to be a member of the LDS church.
I've been secretly passing commands and edicts from my LDS leaders to the CEO.
It's working great. So far, no one has discovered me!
Mike's no non-sense and Fairness policy's is what we need in a VP! I know he is not as good looking as Mitt but does looks count in decision making? Wake up people get a grip and vote for Mc Cain come election day!
McCain, Romney, Hillary all have executive experience, granted some more than others. We cannot afford the time it will take to get Obama up to speed. There may be people behind the curtain pulling the strings.
Others can search and search for Mitt's liabilities but I had made up my mind. He is the guy to do the JOB!
I am only voting for M&M. McCain & Romney.
Romney is a man of great integrity and energy and desire to help this country - just like he delivered the best olympics this "world" has ever had or watched; and just like he helped lead his state out of their huge deficit and in business. By his "fruits", his family, and what he's delivered you can know him. He just wants to serve this country (for free) and we need his energy, genius and knowledge to help our economy and to get fair trade and this gas crisis fixed (and immigration). He has so much he could bring to the table above anyone else in my opinion and I have studied out every debate etc. I just wish he were on top of the ticket. Anyway, he is the only one in who could "take Obama down". With Mitt on the ticket it would be one big WIN! It'd bring Hope & success back to America!
Yes, he is a black man, yep I said it, and I am not voting for him because he is black. I do not want a flip-flopping black man in the Whitehouse with ties to Rev Wright who preached revulsion and hatred to whites. Obama will turn this country into a weak, over taxed joke of a world power. You want change? If you vote for Obama you will get a pocket full of change because that is all you will have left from all the taxation the Dems will slam down on you.
If McCain wants someone to help with the debates coming up, he better pick Mitt. He's knowlegable about the issues that are confronting our country. He's a good speaker, he's good at debating, he's good at being in control of not being intimidated. Mitt could certainly support McCain during the debates and he has given much support with the fundraisers, & television ads. I think any of the other names mentioned can be a VP, but can they talk about the issues "when" they are in the "spotlight". We have been over the talk about religion differences, we have talked about them getting along, we have talked about personal opinions of his private life. Can't we move on? If McCain wants to be elected, just pick someone that will be able to do the debates that are coming up! Its critical! I will vote for McCain whoever he picks for VP, because Obama scares me. I'm not sure I can trust him to love our country enough to help us as Americans. He doesn't have enough experience yet to run the country. He does have a winning smile though. But, thats not enough.
If you vote for McCain, you are voting for a military-industrial machine that promotes war and killing. I think that is even worse, even according to my Mormon doctrine.
America needs Mitt, but I am not sure America deserves Mitt.
HA! Bush turned this country into a weak, overspending hated joke of a world power, and McCain is more of the same.
We'll always be overtaxed. I want my money wasted on healthcare instead of wars, if it must be wasted.
I think the next VP of the U.S.A. will be....
Timothy James Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota
He is a regular member of an evangelical church and the senior pastor of that church is the president of the National Association of Evangelicals.
John McCain was John Kerry's first choice for VEEP. I wonder why?
John McCain is endorsed by Al Gore's 2000 running mate. I wonder why?
Mitt Romney raised the capital gains tax and legislated gay civil unions.
The Republican Party is dead. I'm voting for the Constitution Party Candidate.
Mitt is a New England liberal. John McCain is a socialist.
And being LDS I think Mitt would set the reputation of the church back decades. That hate-filled tirade he gave at his concession speach was embarassing.
Shame on you Mitt Romney! Hate may fuel the republican party but it certainly shouldn't fuel the LDS chuch. But lets face it, hate does fuel the members of the church during election years and BYU football seasons. So maybe he is the perfect candidate.
Obama gets my vote over McCain who clearly is too old and rigid for the job.
I do not favor everything Obama champions but I can live with him after these last 8 horrible years.
I can see virtually NO truth in anything in that post--especially in characterizing Mitt Romney's Feb. speech at CPAC as anything other than stirring, moving, generous and very patriotic.
McCain and Romney (I hope)
