On another note, Morris Almond is looking pretty good. I'm hoping he'll make some contributions with the likely departure of C.J. Miles. Go Jazz.
Yet he can only motivate those already motivated.
A great should be to develop young player swho have talent.
A truly great would Find ways to motivate the motivationally impaired.
Clearly his way swearing and name caliing and putting people in the doghouse is not working.
A lot of untap potential is being left undeveloped.
a great coach indeed.
It looks like fesenko will be another of those, who will eventually be shoved off in some trade.
Give us some examples please.

Is everyone in your workplace equally motivated to do their job?
No?
Neither are pro basketball players. Oddly enough they are all different kinds of people, just like you workplace.
But a good boss knows how to get the most and best work out of his employees.
the only difference is the threat of being fired carries more weight in your workplace.
It is now clear that neither Fes or Kosta are ready for prime time. The Jazz need to pick up some inside muscle soon or this year will turn out same as last year. You can't expect Memo to log 40 minutes a night and not get hurt or worn out. If you look at when the Jazz played the worst last year it was when Memo was either not playing well or he was sitting. The only person who was more important to last years team was DWill, and that's not necessarily because Memo is the second best player (although I think he might be) but it was because they had no one to replace him.
