I hope Fess and the Jazz coaching staff are listening to what Mark Eaton has to say about what would make Fess a better player. I believe he is right on. Put an electric band around his waist and conducting rings on his wrists so that if he puts his hands down below his waist he would be reminded to keep his hands in the air. Good solution huh?

I love to watch the Revue...it's a lot of fun. My only complaint is the location. I really wish they would change it to the Huntsman Center, E Center, or even McKay Center in Orem. I would travel another 40 min. to have a comfortable seat. The benches at SLCC have got to be the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in. I feel like I'm constantly digging myself out of a hole the entire game and I leave every year with a sore back.

On another note, Morris Almond is looking pretty good. I'm hoping he'll make some contributions with the likely departure of C.J. Miles. Go Jazz.

I find it ironic that Fecesnko plays substandardly sometimes. I hope he does better, though.

I find ironic that peole cal sloan great coach.

Yet he can only motivate those already motivated.

A great should be to develop young player swho have talent.

A truly great would Find ways to motivate the motivationally impaired.

Clearly his way swearing and name caliing and putting people in the doghouse is not working.

A lot of untap potential is being left undeveloped.

a great coach indeed.

It looks like fesenko will be another of those, who will eventually be shoved off in some trade.

Can you give an example of a coach in the NBA that does all those things?

Give us some examples please.

Sorry, but this isn't high school or college basketball. The players are pros and should be motivating themselves.
AK Fan | 8:10 p.m. July 20, 2008
If you don't have motivation you can't even work 100% or just non productive in workplace witch feeds your family. Same for pro athletes they are human too, so needs motivation some times but this is not in case JS.

Are you a professional?

Is everyone in your workplace equally motivated to do their job?

No?

Neither are pro basketball players. Oddly enough they are all different kinds of people, just like you workplace.

But a good boss knows how to get the most and best work out of his employees.

the only difference is the threat of being fired carries more weight in your workplace.

more blah blah blah from another Sloan hater.

It is now clear that neither Fes or Kosta are ready for prime time. The Jazz need to pick up some inside muscle soon or this year will turn out same as last year. You can't expect Memo to log 40 minutes a night and not get hurt or worn out. If you look at when the Jazz played the worst last year it was when Memo was either not playing well or he was sitting. The only person who was more important to last years team was DWill, and that's not necessarily because Memo is the second best player (although I think he might be) but it was because they had no one to replace him.
