Mr. Howell,
My 17 yr old stuck his head in a den of wasps at a rental cabin and sang the theme song to "The Brady Bunch!"He was badly stung many times. The rental agreement didn't warn us the danger of wasps!! Do I have a case? I need to buy my son therapy for the pain and suffering as well as take care of the bill for the soothing Salve! Help!!!

To bigot? Did you read her comment? It's an ignorant remark to assume that a person who does something stupid must be "special ed."

To Harry Back. Calling someone a bigot when they make a statement like that is not name calling. I teach my children tolerance for everyone. But, tolerance doesn't mean allowing someone to be rude especially if it's inaccurate.

First off, I would bet this Lehi mother Traci Turner has a big "D" on her voters ID card and is a liberal, and as we all know has bats flying in that empty space between her ears, so rather than sueing the school board what she needs to do is simple, demand that government close those public schools and get back to home schooling. It don't matter if Grove High School has had bats for years, and you don't see any of those kids playing around with them, what matters there's other thing's to really worry about in schools, such as underage drinking and drugs, gangs, sex and a host of other social ill's as well. Perhaps she's just greedy mother to get money for her meth habit, her food stamps and her live in boy friend, that isn't paying enough rent to her and lost it and weht batty over bat's. That's why I vote Republican. What about you?.

Why? Would you want to play in the Bat Poop anyway? Millions of People go to Carlsbad Caverns each year, and watch the Bats Fly at Sunset. Hardly any one gets hurt and very few people play in the Bat Poop. More People Play in Dog Poop or Kitty Poop and Rabbit Poop, or Bird Poop. When you clean your Fish Tank you play in Massive amounts of Fish Poop. Let alone finger painting with your own Poop. The very old and the very young tend to play in their Poop. However all ages can take part. Even the Doctor sometimes Plays in your Poop. Lab Techs Play in Poop all the time. I know what it takes to get Rid of Bats its dirty, ugly, expensive and in Utah, Winter will take care of things just as good, Just cover the openings, turn off the Heat and wait. I if you kill to many the Environmental People will declare a Sub Species (created by isolation and inbreeding) and you will have more problems then you want.

Well I'm glad everyone found as much sense in this lawsuit as I did.

As for "OH Pppppplease!" @ 5:15 - the close-minded rhetoric and grammar really lend a lot of credence as to why home schooling is good for society. Come out your shelter my friend.

If the school had closed and poisoned the bats, then the school would still be sued. Some parent would claim a rash, or a cough was the result. Oh, and what about the animal lovers? THey would sue for killing the bats instead of moving them. Seems to me the school is in a no win situation. Me, I was taught at very young age by my Dad, not to get near bats, stray cats and dogs, or wild animals.

How about you mind your own business. Let's talk about how you are lacking in common sense and that your children are obviously as dumb as as you and how you are as dumb as your parents.

In fact, it's obvious that every generation of your family back hundreds of years lacked common sense. I hope she wins and you and those who agree with you lose and then you can cry about it like a little baby and tell your mommy and daddy who reside in the apartment attached to your house but if this was my wife and my son and you said this to them I would tell you and your family of idiots where you and those who agree with you can go and take your damn opinions and damn votes.
