Its people like this pawn shop owner that make thugs think it is okay to take things that dont belong to them. If they have no place to go to get money for the stolen merchandise they may not take it in the first place.
If we'd come down hard on the buyers of stolen property and the sellers of drugs, we'd put a huge dent in criminal activity all over this nation!
this is bull, how does the owner know the items are stollen, he might be buying a stollen item or helping someone who really needs money to get out of a bind. if owning a pawn shop is so bad why are there so many?
