I believe that the author of this story is trying to say that "Nay" was a teller at the bank that was robbed but they never actually say that and so it is very confusing who Nay is.

Nay is the second suspect in the robbery and yes he works at the bank that was robbed.

The reason the police believe someone on the inside was in on this robbery is because all that was not taken out of the vault was the dye pack. If you have watch movies with bank robberies in them you know that the dye pack explodes once it gets a certain distance from the bank. That ruins all of the money and the only way someone who did not work there could know which one it is would be if an employee told them.

The thing is that the guy who robbed the bank will get less time than the employee who helped him. When you take a job at a bank the laws for robbing one becomes stiffer.

I went to high school with these two gentlemen. They were both on the improv team. I never would have thought I would see these two, of all people in the kind of trouble they are in. Its too bad that they have made choices that are going to have an effect not only on their lives but their family and friends lives as well.

Oh my. Those guys came and hung out with us one night. They pretended to be from England and faked the accent pretty well. They were driving a blue Lotus Elice at the time. Don't know where they got it from. But the fact is a fact. Curtis was hitting on my ex girlfriend as a matter of fact. :)

Jeff has been my best friend since I was born. He's a very bright, emotionally sensitive, nice guy. However he is implicated, I will always love him. This is the kind of thing that can ruin the rest of your life, and I don't think it fair at all. People have gone to prison for less than a year for murder, and if they send Jeff away for 25, I'll be absolutely heart-broken, because I know he never meant to hurt anyone, he was just in a desparate situation, in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong people.

I love you Jeffery.
