Of course they filed to block the evidence, because it convicts them of the crimes they have committed. If you do the crime you pay the time ï¿½periodï¿½. Get over it.

They dont stand a chance with regard to covering, hiding or blocking the evidence. Graham Leach Bliley wont save you now. There is a huge paper trail and the discovery process will sink you. Oh you may lie about it, but the Countrywide attorney holds your fate with duplication of paperwork. You might as well plead it out, because your attempt to ravage the industry is all to common, and everyone knows the end result. You idiots are the lowest of low rate pigs and the game you tried to play was in favor over ten years ago when you didnt know what flipping was.......too funny.....
