Glad to help.

I apologize for causing your anger.

I don't mind someone who has had a drink. I'm talking about the "drunks", and you have been to RES, and know exactly who I'm talking about.

If I wanted to take my father to a biker bar, I would, but I don't.

Why does RES get a pass?

I have been to Raider games, and they have more class.

You guys embarass yourselves, and you blame us.

Sorry again about making you angry. That how Holy I am. I don't know if it is holier than thou, because I don't know thou. I'm sure thou art kind of Holy.

Peace

"Silly Utah fan always lowering the bar."

Just think it an act of charity; We'd hate to have fans of that school down south tax themselves with something so trivial and obviously beneath them.

Ten season-defining games in '08 | 11:08 a.m. July 17, 2008
Stewart Mandel of Sports Illustrated lists his:

1. Ohio State at USC, Sept. 13
2. Florida vs. Georgia, Nov. 1
3. Georgia at Arizona State, Sept. 20
4. Oklahoma vs. Texas, Oct. 11
5. Ohio State at Wisconsin, Oct. 4
6. LSU at Auburn, Sept. 20
7. Texas at Texas Tech, Nov. 1
8. Missouri vs. Kansas, Nov. 29
9. Auburn at West Virginia, Oct. 23

10. BYU at Utah, Nov. 22

If the pundits are correct, the highly touted Cougars (22-4 over the past two seasons) could go into their season-ending rivalry game with a BCS berth on the line. It's not inconceivable, however, that the Utes could be playing for the same stakes. They return nearly the entire offense after winning eight of their last nine a year ago -- the sole defeat coming on a last-second touchdown by BYU in Provo.

This could be the most significant game in the history of the BYU/Utah rivalry...

if both teams perform up to expectations.

What the jones? | 1:23 p.m. July 17, 2008
I think people are mistaking support or excitement for arrogance. BYU has the players to make an impact in the league this year. BYU has a rival team named Utah. You know what rival teams do? They taunt each other. I trash talk people on the basketball court every day that I admire and respect. It's all fun in games. It has nothing to do with arrogance.

In regards to Mormons being arrogant, there are some (and the word "some" is very key right here) who are LDS that are arrogant. Please, realize that this in no way implies that EVERY Mormon, or even most Mormons are arrogant. If a Ute student kills someone, I'm not going to go calling every Ute a murderer. Use some sense people.

I'm more more excited and nervous about this year than any other. The high expectations of the Cougars make every game that much more important. I love the idea of us playing in the Fiesta Bowl, but it sure is heightening my nerves. Let's hope for met expectations.

"U and BYU could not hang with Florida ETC, ETC"

Maybe you are missing the point:

All the important numbers have favored the BCS teams for decades.(Program budgets , bowl payouts and recruiting.) BYU and Utah never rank much above 40th in the nation when it comes to money and recruiting. However, both teams have proven records against the BCS teams.

Along with excellent coaching, I call it the teams WILL power to win. That line surge and a hand that blocks a field goal at the last second, an open reciever on a busted play. The will to never give up.

Dangerous line of thinking about they never give up. Your talking about BYU last year. I could use the same examples about Utah in 2003. The last second pass or a fumble returned for a touchdown in the last second. I took as dumb luck, so should you. Lots of people want to win. Good fortune is good fortune.
