So the "victim" did time and was handcuffed and didn't have to testify anyway? the perpetrator was free the whole time and got a plea deal? What kind of office is Lohra Miller running?

Looks like another case of miscarried justice. The courts are getting good at this. It is actually getting to be laughable what people get away with in this country. Illegals killing people after being previously ejected from the country..etc. We do not know how to administer justice in most courts. The lawyers have screwed up the ststem.

This is an abuse of prosecutorial powers by an elected official. Lohra Miller had the victim arrested by a process server who is not even a certified police officer authorized to effect an arrest. Under Utah Code Ann. impersonating a police officer is a second degree felony. The case should be investigated by a special prosecutor and charges filed against those who participated in the arrest and 8 day incarceration of the victim.
