FAR be it from me to promote any conspiracy theories but there is more to this part of the story than meets the eye. When the evidence was taken from her home in Colorado and handed over to the Texas Rangers, excatly which Texas Ranger took possession of it? Tell me it was NOT the same Ranger that prepared the warrants for the raid.

It will be interesting to see what happens to this previous case as well as what happens to the FLDS-Rosita Swinton case. Will the FLDS-Swinton case be filed away under the label of "insufficient evidence" because it weakens the FLDS statutory rape/polygamy case?

Remember, Sarah, AKA Rozita Swinton was calling shelters DURING the YFZ raid and time at the colliseum, disclosing details that only could have been known by persons directly involved in the raid. The question is WHO was Swinton's inside informant?

Joey,

Agreed. There is something strange here. Looking at Rozita's previous fake reports... this is a woman who couldn't figure out how to commit arson if you gave her 5 gallons of gas, a lit match and an empty warehouse... and yet she has the in-depth research about people she's never even met.

And what DO we know? we know there are over 40 hours of recorded phone calls between her and Carolyn Jessop.

Not like Jessop hasn't made it very obvious about her axe to grind. Lets not neglect the very prescient comment she made in Texas a month before the raid that Texas _would_ take action.

I think Ms. Jessop should experience some of the TX style justice she inflicted on others, lets haul her off to jail and take all of her belongings. She may get them back in a few months if she's lucky. Hey, its all kosher to uphold the law, right?

I do agree that Carolyn had some to do with it, but I think the most responsible person for the whole deal was Flora.
I don't believe Rozita is guilty, and it would be sad for someone to get away with using her as the scape goat, when the real criminals should be responsible.
