Bosnian immigrant gets probation for visa fraud

And we would allow these kinds of people into our country why? They lie on applications and are members organizations that violate human rights this way? Get them out of my country.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe that person was drafted forcefully like many others during that war. A lot of those people did not have choice they had to go they were forced to(e.g. Bosnians into Serbian army and vice versa meaning fighting for opposite side against ï¿½yourï¿½ people) and they had to endure all kinds of hardships since they were in the ï¿½wrongï¿½ army being abused by their superiors and their ï¿½comradesï¿½. Think about it for a minute why they would leave certain things out. Iï¿½m not excusing what this person did Iï¿½m just implying that not all people like to mention dark times of their lives.

What's the problem, we have visa fraud, ID fraud, and worse and nothing is done about it. He may as well join the millions that were offered amnesty last year for the same sort of thing. I suppose that because he didn't slip over the border in the dark of night that he doesn't need to be deported. Or is he being singled out because he is not Hispanic?
