The Pledge of Allegiance NEEDS to be brought back in ALL Public Schools, as History would also show, it was always there, did you learn this also on your teachers union history tour?.

Did you read the same article that I did? Didn't see anything about a teachers (sic) union or the Pledge of Allegiance.

All of Utah's public school already have students, teachers, admins, and secretaries recite the pledge at least once a week (as per state law.)

Visiting places of historical significance is a tremendous way to learn more about the events and people who made that history significant. Teachers who visit places gain a deeper understanding and emotional connection that is not quite available from even the best books. They'll share that enthusiasm back in the classroom.

Of course, the best thing is for families to visit these places. But until Larry Miller can offer trips to everyone, I suppose presentations by the teachers will do.
