By the headline, I thought you were going to review Swift's "A Modest Proposal: For Preventing the Children of Poor People in Ireland from Being a Burden to Their Parents or Country, and for Making Them Beneficial to the Publick."
Would have been a better choice.
Why is Mormon Times settling for such banal choices in reporting, writing and news information and gathering?
