So what recourse do those of us have who have been profoundly affected by the Division's "overzealous pursuit of securities violations, and . . .(who) did not receive fair treatment"? Is anyone in the Division of Securities being held responsible for the grief certain individuals have inflicted upon those they left in their path? It would be nice to see real justice served.
