Most lenders don't even meet with their clients when they do a loan, it is all handled on the phone. Last time I checked your credit report, bank statements, and tax returns don't say what color skin you have.
The NAACP is one of the most biased, discriminatory, and ignorant organization in existence. They are living in the past and don't understand the world today.
The previous statement above by "Not True" is absolutely correct.
I would love to see how they derived their figure of 33%. Even without seeing the study data, I would practically be willing to bet the farm that number is grossly exaggerated.
Also, just because a bank offers you a crappy loan, it doesn't mean you have to take it. There is this thing called competition. If someone is trying to rip you off you move on until you find what you think is fair.
More Divisiveness from the NAACP, "We want to be accepted for who we are but we are going to keep doing everything in our power to point out differences and segregate ourselves " people.
