They deserve extra time in jail for not giving this family the closure that they are asking for and so much need. It kills anyone not knowing where their dear one is and not being able to propery bury her, turn the page and move on.

I don't think the issue is closure--knowing what happened might help the family, but I don't know. I think the issue is finding out what happened and removing the people who perpetrated the crime from society.

Common sense and intuition says these guys--or at least one of them--murdered this girl years ago (why else would they have concocted that network of lies and STILL stand by them even though it's been proven that they're lying?), but thanks to their lies, it's impossible to prove what they did.

However, as it has been proven that they have consistently lied to the court, at least some small measure of justice can be meted out for that.

This whole thing has angerd me for years now. I can only imagine how this poor family must feel going over, and over this. All it would take is one person being honest. I still can't believe that so many people have known certain details about this girls disapearence and yet they have lied about them for years. I only hope that one day, one of those dishonest people will have some guilt and tell this family what has happened to their daughter.

Good grief

Would one of these jail-bound losers PLEASE tell the Kiplyn's where their daughter's body is??

The men responsible for her death are nothing more than cowards. They'll be behind bars for years anyway, so why don't they do something right for a change and let this poor family put their daughter to rest. Mr. Kiplyn should finally be able to turn off his front porch light after all of these long and agonizing years waiting for his daughter to return home.

an idea

u guys have no idea of both davies and jeppson. to me its a witch hunt and he has pased all there test, but the faimly needs there doughter back and i feel there looking in all the wrong places. its my own idea. But you dont judge intill prove guilty. hello......

community concerned

Dear an idea, it is obvious that you have "no idea" how much pain and suffering this family and community has endured including the families of the accused. This is no witch hunt, honesty and integrity is what this case needs, from the three men that know where her body is. How much money have we spent trying to solve this horrible mystery and why can't these men answer any questions honestly if THEY are not quilty? hello.....

Neil

Every time I read about this case I think of the Book of Mormon and it's reference to secret combinations and conspiracies to committ murder. Anyone who knows anything about this case and won't come forward is a pathetic coward.

Re: an idea

U be the law-er fur dies lyin' murdorers? U's inglish skils be gret!

It doesn't require a lot of brains to get 5 years for not answering a question vs life without parole for murder. They are not cowards. They are playing with the system and making fun at society.

Rich

I think the judge should stick them in jail until they provide the truth. He could offer them 15 years for telling the truth, even if they admit to killing the girl, and life for continuing to lie.
