I wish he would counsel them to stay home where they belong the world doesn't need any more self righteous preachers. How about giving them a pick and shovel and let them do some meaningful work to help build a better world.

Have you ever met a mission President? They are some of the most humble people in the world. It's not easy to leave your home, family, and career behind and go somewhere and give your time to teaching someone else's children to serve and be an example of service. Christ sent missionaries, and now the world needs ambassaders of good more than ever. Also, missionaries render more community service than any other group of volunteers in the LDS church. Please, don't make unbased remarks.

Ted, if you don't like the LDS missionaries fine, but don't go spewing your rude comments about the. Also you are wrong, they do offer service. Maybe you should meet some to get correct information. Wherever you get you information it is not correct.

I agree with Ted, why don't the JW and the mormons all stay home and mind their own business and leave the rest of world alone. It is not like they are doing any one any good other than making themselves feel important; and it is all garbage that they are peddeling anyway.

To RM,

So true so true. Also now that they've raised the bar, tell them too that they are not better than anyone else. To treat each other with kindness and respect. They are all on the same team and their family status in life don't matter at all. It's about service and not about popularity.

Theres not enough people giving up there time voluntary wise in this world for others. The problems stem fom basic spiritual needs- like the lack of self esteem and inner peace. Its the spiritual needs of the starving world that make a real difference... that this life is only a temporary existence-that life goes on after we die that can bring hope to the masses... whether or not they no it. We need Jesus Christ in our lives!
