Let me see... $70,000 in repairs verses $7,000,000 for a new building? Wow!! Now there's your tax dollars hard at work... Loan much of the cost? You still have interest and many years worth of payments. Whose brilliant idea was this anyway? And did you bother to get a second opinion for what the "expert" recommended? Mold can be dealt with very easily... Do a little research and see for yourself!!!

This building is only 30 years old and it is worth spending the $70,000.00 needed to fix it. This is the problem with our economy, we spend too much money, on crap we dont need.
