Malonis wins the office pool as the first witness to discuss something about a "secret" hearing at which the subject matter isn't to be discussed.
I wonder if she called the reporter just to say she said nothing, or the reporter asked her to say something about nothing.
In any case Malonis seems to relish the media attention as she goes out of her way to not say anything about a subject matter that she is sworn to say nothing about.
This woman reminds me of the kid in junior high that goes out of their way to say they have a secret but they can't tell because it's a secret.

If I was an attorney and this 16 year old made it this obvious that she doesnt want my assistance, I would step aside and let her hire someone else. Who the hell wants trapped in an attorney client relationship where both disagree and dislike one another---how can that ever be productive. This 16 year old has a mind of her and wants to make adult decisions, let her make them and let her deal with the consequences that comes with it.

Well, having a secret secret defeats the purpose of having a secret. People have to know you have a secret or there is no reason to keep it secret. Might as well just blab it out to everybody. Once that is done, the novelty of being the only one to know is gone and so is your celebrity. This woman thrives on celebrity so, you can be sure she will secretly tell everyone she has a secret she is willing to talk about.

zxcvbnm and I are going on tour next month. We will be doing shows in SOuthern Utah, Arizona, and all over Texas (sorry, none in Utah because they have no sense of humor). I thought to invite Theresa to do her tree climbing act but zxcvbnm reminded me that the tree will not fit in our trailer.

Gramps....the tree removal and transportation is no problem.
All those "lost" boys that are so good at construction have agreed to "get" some of the equipment from an FLDS building site.
The boys will work for free as they normally work as slaves for nothing anyway and consider money the root of all evil.
We can blast Teresa to and from the various tree locations with the rocket powered underpants as she still has several court appearances to attend.
malonis has agreed to use her bodyguards to handle traffic for the oversized load and get permits for the secret routes needed for the tree transportation. She promisses not to tell anyone anything.....
I think our first trip should be to Utah. Those Utah guys need a laugh and really want to see how their grandparents dressed a hundred years ago.
We can call the show "free bird" that way Malonis can say a "little birdie told me" and Teresa can wear her yellow dress.
Any problem can be overcome with just a little imagination.....faith gramps.

Not sure how welcome you would be in texas.....

Anonymous, that is all the reason I need to go there. My wife's family is from Texas. One of her relatives fought and died at the Alamo. Hope that wasn't all for nothing.

The head of CPS loses his head; who is next?
oh, I know Walther and, Melonis right?
Then the Sheriff, the Ranger boss and, finally; last but not least: the dear favorite son; the Governor! I love a trainwreck! and, the brakes are just comming on, I have a grandstand seat and, I can hear the screeching of Texas's wheels!
Wouldn't miss this for the world! but, where's FOX and, CNN now? (Im not FLDS but In this case I am a 1st,2nd,4th, and, 14th ammendment cheer leader)
I hope you are enjoying ths as much as I am; no matter what side you're on. Just like SCOTUS upheld the 2nd ammendment yesterday; I'm proud of our checks and, balances form of government...it still works; albeit slowly, just the way it should!
How many months? | 4:21 p.m. June 27, 2008
They tore their place apart, have had a couple of months to come up with something. And they can't get an indictment from a grand jury from a community who hates them for their religion? Are these Texas people just incompetent? Talking about CPS, prosecution and Judge Walther.
She's not paying her attorney | 5:51 p.m. June 27, 2008
ALL of the attorneys appointed by the court are working pro bono. So the truth is, if the girl will show up with her paid attorney in tow and tell the judge that she wants this attorney now and will pay for them, that will be granted toot suite.

Also keep in mind that the young could be saying publicly what Willie and others want to hear and something entirely different in private.

How many months: Just how do you know what the town of Eldorado thinks and feels? The remark about them hating the Flds because of their religion is just spouting off on your part. You really need to keep your opinions to yourself. Oh yes, I am from Eldorado and I resent alot of the remarks being made on this blog!!!!

Hey Back off, what is the truth.

Did the FLDS hurt your community before this claimed
child abuse case?

Have the people of El Dorado been in favor of this action?

Do you feel that all FLDS members were abusers?

Maybe that may shed a little light on the subject?

The way it seems now is that a small hick town was
intent on having a group of different people (FLDS)
pushed out of town at all cost's (so far about $30,000,000).

Maybe your police department might have stepped in and followed the due proces rather than jump on the
propaganda bandwagon.

The Texas law system has now decided that the CPS action was "not justified". The Attorney General has not filed any criminal actions and may not.

Wow what are we to think about the little towm of ELDORADO ?

I think that as good neibors you would step up and be counted, to many red necks there huh.

Protect the rights of all people not just the ones that are in the main stream.

American values, live up to them.

FOX TELEVISON and CNN have moved on to the next scandel, so whats new.
