Utah legislators would vote to fill the canyon with garbage and pave it over if the right opportunity presented itself and the right people payed them off. And as for anyone down river- they're all sinners anyway, who cares is Las Vegas and Southern California get tainted drinking water if the sacrifice can bring good low paying jobs to the region.
