Traffic is already a problem at the Westgate at HAFB. Additional commercial and industrial development will likely add to an already growing problem in Clearfield City. I haven't heard of any Utah Department of Transportation planning on this. I wonder if any environmental impact statements are required and if so what they have to say about traffic congestion. Look forward to more jobs, but at the same time it comes at a price and cost that need to be addressed.
Just don't drink the ground water. TCE is a suspected carcinogen. It was used to clean airplanes in the 1960's and this project is in the contaminated area.
