Citations need to be issued to these wreckless teens. The 3-year-old child will remember being plowed over by a motorcycle while out on a walk with his mother for the rest of his life. Any one of the three pedestrians could have been killed by these teens who were driving way too fast in a subdivision. Now this family is suffering needlessly. I hope citations are issues THIS WEEK for both motorcycle riders!
