Ok what took place in Wasington D.C. The crooks were under oath, before the court, and they all lied. Gaw! I would feel really ashame , Not even one them wasn't fr. aneth ext. Hello. I'am really glad they all went to D.C. It showed where they all stand. Over around four corner's they were all like, there not on the same page. But there all bro's. That's what i call crooks. I'am one of the original beneficiary fr. Aneth ext. That land is still there, The people are still there. were the original resident's on the trust land, and genuin resident. The world needs to know about this.
Greetings to all:
I am disgusted with our chapter leaders and the utah county commissioners. We had a meeting the other night at the Aneth Chapter House. First, it was announced through the radio station across the reservation that all seven chapters to be there for this "Public Hearing" However, as people arrived, the President of the chapter said it was a "Special Chapter Meeting". My gosh! they had an agenda passed out to the people. In there is stated that the chapter officials are to give report to the people and on the last one is to pass a resolution to make UNDC the trusstee. Meanwhile, the Bill Todacheene is up there trying to be in control of the meeting. He clearly denied that there was not resolution for the chapter to pass because it has not be made yet. The meeting stated at 4:00pm and close to midnight is when we got done. Just right before the meeting was over, a resolution showed up with "dictation of what the resident wants. My gosh! more than 3/4's of the people went home and wanted to pass this resolution. In the end, they passed the resolution. They are liers!
i am of one of the original 8 families from the land w/original 44 wells. the original agreement was between the 8 families and congress. it should be honored today. we are here and living and ready to be paid in full (including all the lost $ from mismanagement). This country teaches each individual to stand on accountablility and responsibility; so apply here, now. Further, all gov transactions are not lawful specifically the $ paid thru aneth land office, belinda clark and grazing official, augustine norton, and local oil co. They have been paying their relatives not proper, legal, lawful grazing area permitees. not following protocol on issuing homesite leases. land squatters are permitted w/their livestock- who's watching or enforcing rules? permitee never signed homesite lease to authorize it, yet it happened with all the paper formalities from Aneth to Shiprock to Windowrock...where's the check & balance. Where's the accountability? When will there be justice? Who is going to listen and make corrective actions? And NN thinks they can handle the trust $? yeah, increase their salaries and travel expenses.
