Unfortunately,

As a civil servant in the Law Enforcement community, I see the worst behavior coming from Mexico, Venezuela, and other Latin American countries.

The 'how much do I owe--how much you got' bribery/patronage is unbecoming a civilized country. One has to drop down to Nigeria or perhaps Yemen to get that low.

They are more interested in dumping their unemployed and criminal populations over our Southern border than helping us with effective extradition and law enforcement.

Their corruption from the locals to the federales also makes Tammany Hall or even the late Daily's Chicago Machine look very pale in comparison.
