"what about regular adjustments at the chiropractor?"

That has worked for me. I also take Celadrin, which is a non-prescription $20 a month natural way to deal with joints, backs and swelling.

My relative has had surgery twice. One was an Orthopedic Specialist, and the other speciallized in brain and spine. The 2nd one worked better.

I would rather a avoid the surgery. Inflameaway with Celadrin is a great product. I understand that Monavie has agreed to put Celadrin in their Monavie Active. Both look like a lot better than surgery.

Chiropractors are great, some here in Utah are now using the nonsurgical spinal decompression that has helped so many patients and a lot better than surgery.

Commentaries must come from chiropractors looking for business. Spine surgery is rarely performed on people who have not tried everything else, including chiropractic, physical therapy, accupuncture, magnets, copper braclets, intelligel bed, noni juice, xango juice, herbal supplements, non surgical spinal decompression, minimally invasive surgery and spinal injection. People present with serious pain that requires the use of narcotics and prevents them from working. They generally are much better once recovered from surgery. Their is excellent data on the success rate of these procedures. Lets be honest in our postings.
