Mueller questions need for panel on FLDS, says FBI won't take lead

So, the Feds see no need for a task force. I wonder whos bright idea it was for the State guys to get together to persue the FLDS.
How much money will be wasted on prairie dresses for the new informants so they can slip in and catch the FLDS in the act of making cheese?
Or should we ask how many ghost writers of fiction will be added to the various states payrolls in order to get a few more tell all books.
