It seems due to power trips, Jeffs appears to have made incredible mistakes and now is facing legal and media scrutiny. The FLDS will pay the price for Jeff's mistakes over the next few years. The worst is yet to come.
Rod Parker is intelligent enough to figure out a solution to all of this. It should go something like this: 1) Don't marry underage women 2) Don't marry cousins 3) See if the young adults have received any divine inspiration as to who they should marry and stop practicing forced marriage altogether or at least between old men and young girls 4) Practice celestial marriage all you want, but keep things legal. Since you only care about celestial marriage and not legal marriage, a man can file for marriage and divorce from wife number one, then do the same for wife number two and then for wife number three. The divorced wives can still be celestial wives, the man just can't live with them, have sex or children with them. Build triplexes and have children by legally consecutive wives rather than concurrent wives. Stop overlapping childbearing by more than one wife. You'll still get to heaven!
let alone the disgusting behavior of a man who was involved in so many children's lives and had not choise in their own demise, i am truely saddened by the judge in our court system who dropped the charge of incest. if those in authority condone or look the other way from these hideous crimes how can we expect our children to respect our legal system. many things have gone wrong in our country but we have always fought for our right to be able to go to bed at night feeling safe. we have even fought over seas for other countries to have basic human rights that we are somehow eluding to give our own children. and i feel it is those who are in higher places that need to stand up and call a spade a spade. destroying a childs innocense is just wrong no matter what legal mumbo jumbo you attach to it.
Warren Jeffs is the only one true profit, you evil poeple will see in the end---and when it comes you will all pai the prise for not believing. this is an injustice-all you have said FLDS wives can no use the computer, i am an FLDS WIFE! And i am able to use it! We are all very hapy and sweet women-we wold do anything to help other wifes, and there children. Do no critisize our religion, you dont know us. women have rigts too.
too bad FLDS wives can't spell too....
This is sad to see everyone put each other down, over opinions and people's beliefs. We are all humans and we make mistakes. If someone isn't familiar with certian religions, then people think the worst of the people that do practice the religions of their choice. I don't practice the FLDS religion because I don't know where to even begin. I was raised in a fast paced world. That may sound nuts to some, but this is only my opinion.I have a few friends that are FLDS and they are not nuts, they are kind and level headed. And for the underage marriages and that, i wont commit on that because girls as young as 13 are hookers, drugs addicts, and run away from home for a lover or bf. My mother was a mother at 15 and married at 16. We all will step up to the almighty on judgement day. We all prey different to the god almighty, but he watches all of us. Evil is all over, just not in certain religions.
