This man served under me when he was wounded. Diyar exhibited as much courage and faced as much danger as any Soldier I have worked with. His heart is huge and his talent is unlimited. He has earned a right to be called an American patriot and deserves our humble appreciation, praise, and loyalty. He deserved that before being injured, he certainly deserves it now.
