To me, if a person has taken the oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic, and it is proven by jury verdict that the oath taker did not preserve, protect and defend, it should be a capital crime akin to treason. The oath breaker should be executed by firing squad.
I took the oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. I'm a grandmother now, but still bound by it. And if I ever broke it, I would say shoot me.
Not every citizen takes that oath, but for those of us who do, and take it seriously, breach of the oath is treason.
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States...shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both...
I am NOT FLDS.
I'm an Atheistic Jewish man from New York City.
Indeed, as Michael Savage has said, I'm clearly a "Red Diaper Doper Baby."
"FLDS are out in numbers," there are many, MANY of us who are absoutely disgusted with this whole business and you don't have to be FLDS to feel this way; we've seen Witch Hunts in other arenas of American Life and ANY Witch Hunt is one Witch Hunt too many.
Look at all the non-FLDS attornies in the State of Texas who came POURING into this case. They're not FLDS, they are the proud descendants, both literally and in spirit, of the men and women that made Texas the Great State it is and who want to KEEP IT THAT WAY.
"FLDS are out in numbers," you've got it all mixed up; we're not FLDS, I don't even LIKE the FLDS. That's not the point. The point is, I LOVE the FREEDOM that the US Founders made for us when the fought the Revolutionary War and then wrote the Unites States Constitution; that's precisely what's at stake here.
Those of you that don't like what I'm saying. You seem to hav forgotten the main point of the constitution. Life, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT of happiness."
You seem to not know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
And it amazes me that you can paraphrase a single line from one document and completely ignore the other.

The only thing that needs to be pointed out to put an end to your entire fantasy that the FLDS delayed CPS at the gate in order to hide "Sarah" or get her off the compound is the fact that "Sarah" did not actually exist and that the man who was accused by hoaxstress Swinton (aka Sarah) of holding her captive and abusing her was not even present in Texas...he was serving probation in Arizona, where he had been for several years!
Do me a favor, move from Wyoming to Texas will you. I am from Cheyenne and you are embarrassing the state of Wyoming.
