The recipe for FETTUCCINE WITH GORGONZOLA AND TOASTED WALNUTS does not say how much gorgonzola to use, nor does it say how many servings it makes.

Could this information be added to the website somehow (or emailed to me, at least), please?

It's definitely much easier to maintain a reasonable weight when you cook at home. I do the best when I have a menu and treats and desserts planned. I don't overeat too much if I know there are more good things coming.
