Duchesne County, it's time to fess up and PAY UP. You actions clearly violated several federal and sate laws and at the core you are prejudiced and discriminate against the emotionally/mentally handicapped. Unfortunately for you no one buys the line you know what to pass off. I hope you get your butts sued off.
