It wasn't quite as big of an "oops" as the Mignon Richmond debacle of a few years back, but you handled it well. As I read your article last week, I had my own doubts about whether drinking silver was a good idea. Thanks for setting the record straight.

Great, now how about apologizing for your column a couple of years ago where you hyped an ex-Envirocare employee's propaganda about the health benefits of nuclear waste--including the suggestion that it would be perfectly safe and even beneficial for children to play in the nuclear dump?

I'm surprised to learn you actually went to "journalism school." Did you skip the day they taught the concept of research and independent verification? Of course, that would cut into your busy schedule of phoning in three marshmallow-fluffy columns a week and then hitting the links.

Ouch! That's just plain mean. Mr. Benson should ignore that comment above and avoid colloidal silver and other supplements altogether.

I don't know about drinking it, but used topically against germs that cause infection it's real good. Ear infections, too.
