I hate Bountiful....these people are the most idiotic group of people I have ever known. Government coerced recycling. You have got to be kidding me. A burden to low income and fixed income families. At 90% use it would cost 4.50 or something per family. At 100% what would it be 3.50?
In Salt Lake it is free. The money the city makes on recycling pays for it. I hate Bountiful
